At PetMax, we want you and your pet to love your new style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
